Detailed instructions for completing and submitting the application form and transferring the application monies are contained on page 11 of the Information Memorandum (IM). The IM also contains the application form, additional investment form and other relevant forms. The IM can be downloaded by clicking here
Units will be allotted only once a month using the application price calculated as at the last calendar day of that month. Units will only be allotted if by 4:00pm on the last business day of the month, the Manager has received notification from the Custodian that the application monies have been received as cleared funds and the Administrator has received correctly completed application forms. The Administrator will send unit holders a confirmation of allotment approximately two weeks into the new month.
The application price of units is the Net Asset Value of the Fund divided by the number of units in issue at the time of allocation plus a 0.5% buy spread.
